Inszone Insurance Services Hires Kari Thies to Lead the Agency’s Benefits Department

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Inszone Insurance Services: a rapidly growing, national provider of benefits, personal and commercial lines insurance, today announced the appointment of Kari Thies as Executive Vice President Benefits Department.

A veteran of the employee benefits space, Ms. Thies has over 15 years of experience in the industry. She began her insurance career at a general agency, supporting agents in the education and sale of individual and group health sales. Her success led to her promotion as Director of Operations, overseeing multiple aspects of the business including employee management, marketing initiatives, producer education, client relationships as well as spearheading health care reform education for all employees and clients. Ms. Thies most recently served as an Account Executive at Assurance Agency, managing a substantial book of business while exceeding new business sales goals year over year.

Ms. Thies is a graduate from Purdue University with a major in Business Administration, and minors in OBHR and Marketing, all completed on an accelerated path in three years.
