BTIG Fixed Income Continues Expansion with Several Key Hires

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BTIG announced today that it has hired four senior professionals in its Fixed Income Credit group. John Raveche, Brian Dias, Rob Barrett and Brian Fleishhacker join the division as Managing Directors. These hires continue BTIG’s ongoing expansion in the Fixed Income market and demonstrate the continued growth of its services to the institutional and corporate client base.

John Raveche brings more than twenty years of diverse industry experience and relationships to BTIG, spanning private credit/structured finance, derivatives, and all parts of the debt universe including investment grade, high yield/loans, and emerging markets. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Raveche was a Partner within Business Development and Senior Sales at Trumid Financial LLC. Previously, Mr. Raveche was an Executive Director and Western Regional Head at UBS Securities LLC and a Director within Credit Sales Fixed Income at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate Director within Credit Sales Fixed Income at Barclays Capital Inc. and a Vice President within Credit Sales Fixed Income at Nomura Securities International.

Brian Dias brings nearly two decades of experience to BTIG. Before joining BTIG, he was a Senior Managing Director within U.S. Corporate Credit at Cantor Fitzgerald. Previously, Mr. Dias was an Analyst within U.S. Corporate Credit at HBK Capital Management. Earlier in his career, he was an Analyst within Investment Banking at Greenhill & Co.

Rob Barrett joins BTIG with more than thirty years of experience in Leveraged Finance Trading & Sales. Rob was a Senior Managing Director in U.S. Corporate Credit at Cantor Fitzgerald for 10 years. Previously Rob had worked at JP Morgan for 22 years, BNP and Christopher Street.

Brian Fleishhacker also spent more than ten years at Cantor Fitzgerald in U.S. Corporate Credit, both in Credit Sales and High Yield Research. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fleishhacker worked in the Executive Department at Cantor.
