MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE:DOC) (the “Company”) announced today that the Company’s Board of Trustees has authorized, and the Company has declared, a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per common share and unit for the quarter ending September 30, 2022. “We are proud to declare and pay our 37th consecutive quarterly dividend. We are very pleased to improve our first class medical office portfolio with our recent acquisition of Calko Medical Center, in Brooklyn, New York, on the heels of our recent sale of the Great Falls, Montana assets. Thomas, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
The dividend will be payable on October 14, 2022, to common shareholders and unit holders of record on October 4, 2022.
