Relation Insurance Services Acquires the Assets of Mobeck-Guandalini Insurance, Inc.

Transaction adds to Relation’s presence in Connecticut and further expands Relation’s offerings in the east

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”), one of the largest and fastest-growing national insurance agencies, announced today it acquired the assets of Connecticut-based, Mobeck-Guandalini Insurance, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Mobeck-Guandalini Insurance, Inc. is a multi-line brokerage and is headquartered in Branford, CT. Christopher Guandalini will continue to lead Mobeck-Guandalini Insurance, Inc. under Relation going forward.
