Alety is a Former Senior Aide to Next Top Senate Banking Committee Republican Tim Scott (R-SC)

Latest Addition to Fed Hall Strengthens Firm’s Bicameral, Bipartisan Offerings

WASHINGTON--()--Federal Hall Policy Advisors, LLC (“Fed Hall”), a leading bipartisan government relations firm based in Washington, D.C., announced that Saat Alety has joined the firm as a Partner. Most recently as Allstate’s Director of Federal Affairs and Public Policy, Alety led the company’s advocacy efforts with Congress, the White House, and federal agencies. Alety previously served as lead financial services advisor and Majority Staff Director of the Subcommittee on Housing, Transportation, and Community Development under U.S. Senator Tim Scott (R-SC), a senior member of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.

The addition of Saat reflects Fed Hall’s ongoing commitment to building the go-to government affairs advisory firm for clients that need the strongest bipartisan and bicameral capabilities. As Fed Hall continues to grow and scale, we look forward to drawing on Saat’s deep experience and strong relationships to deliver the best possible outcomes for the companies and organizations we represent,” said Fed Hall Principals Cliff Roberti, Doug Nappi, and Chris Matthiesen.

Saat helped successfully advance the Opportunity Agenda in the Senate Banking Committee, which included better funding job training programs at HUD, mobile banking for the underbanked and unbanked, and growing access to mortgage credit for creditworthy Americans. Just as he was in my office, Saat will be a great asset to Federal Hall Policy Advisors,” said U.S. Senator Tim Scott (R-SC).

Saat has been a great friend, an early supporter, and a valuable resource for me and my team throughout my time in the House. He is a proven policy expert and consensus builder. Fed Hall is lucky to have someone as capable as Saat as a partner,” said U.S. Representative Ted Budd (R-NC).

Saat delivered me critical support during my candidacy for Congress that made all the difference. He’s been a great source of counsel during my campaign for the House Financial Services Committee and will surely do the same for his clients at Fed Hall,” said U.S. Representative Byron Donalds (R-FL).

While Saat recognizes the value of a win, he also understands the importance of building relationships, making connections, and truly understanding the nuances of policy and politics. From day one, Saat made himself available to me and my office as a resource for all of the above—but, most importantly, Saat has been a true friend. Federal Hall Policy Advisors has added a strong, honest, and reliable asset to their operations and Team Ferguson knows Saat will play a big role as we build the new Republican Majority in Congress,” said U.S. Representative Drew Ferguson (R-GA), Chief Deputy Whip.

During our time working for Chairman Ed Royce together, Saat demonstrated a vast knowledge of public policy, proven ability to effectively communicate complex issues, and a dedicated work ethic that I know has served him well throughout his career. He also pays it forward — mentoring colleagues, friends, and strangers alike to help them succeed. Fed Hall's clients are lucky to have Saat advocating on their behalf,” said U.S. Representative Young Kim (R-CA).
