The 2022 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Awards are given for work in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Sales Performance, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Future of Work. The series of Summits created by Cross River’s Learning and Development team brought together a group of over 200 leaders over a series of 5 Summits that offered extensive opportunities to strengthen their: internal networking, reflect on their leadership roles, clarify their responsibilities as a manager, enhance their teambuilding efforts, and engage with various levels of leadership, including executives of the company. This unique offsite in-person Summit was a full day experience that concluded with presentations to an executive panel.

Excellence Award winners are scheduled to be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, Jan. 31-Feb. 2, 2023, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida. Select winners will serve as presenters in breakout sessions, sharing their leading practices during the conference.
