ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alliant Health Solutions (AHS), a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality, safety, and value of health care, has been named one of the “Healthiest Employers” and “2022 Best Places to Work” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. This is the 11th time in 14 years that AHS has been named a top employer.

Among the list of Atlanta’s Healthiest Employers, Alliant ranked 4th among the top companies for the “Healthiest Employer” and 16th for the “Best Places to Work” award. The Healthiest Employer award is based on the analysis of over 60 scored questions with more than 600 data points for scoring and benchmarking. The Best Places to Work award is tabulated from a confidential employee survey measuring work environment, people practices, engagement, and trust in senior leaders. The 2022 award recipients were recognized at a ceremony on August 31, 2022 in Atlanta.

“It’s an incredible honor to be named among both Atlanta’s Healthiest and Best Places to Work,” said Dennis White, AHS president and CEO. “Knowing our committed, talented employees enable all that we accomplish, we take great pride in providing them with a supportive, flexible, and rewarding work environment that enriches them while making mental and physical wellness a priority.”

Margot Townsend, AHS chief human resources officer said, “The voices of our employees and customers are at the forefront of the collaborative work done by Alliant’s leadership team,” said. “We intentionally ask for, listen to, act on and assess feedback to continually improve our organization. This process has resulted in a highly engaged and productive workforce and wellness offerings that meet their needs. Building and maintaining our culture is a team effort, and we are grateful for this amazingly resilient team.”
