WorkFusion Appoints New Board Members and Strategic C-Suite Leaders

Digital workforce provider appoints Professor Marco Iansiti and Dave Revell to its board, names new CFO and CRO

NEW YORK--()--WorkFusion, a leader in Intelligent Automation, today announced that Marco Iansiti, co-founder and Chairman of Keystone.AI and the David Sarnoff Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, where he is also the Faculty Chair for Technology and Transformation and Dave Revell, former EVP and Global CIO of CIBC, has joined its board of directors. Additionally, the company announced that it has named Richard Campbell, CFO and Wendy Petty, CRO.

New Appointments to Board of Directors

Marco Iansiti joined Harvard Business School (HBS) in 1989 and taught extensively in the school’s MBA, Executive Education, and doctoral programs. His research examines the digital transformation of companies and industries, with a special focus on digital ecosystems, AI-centric operating models, and the impact of AI and network effects on strategy and business models. His work on business ecosystems and their impact on strategy has been widely recognized and quoted. More recently, his research on digital transformation has received broad attention among academics and practitioners, and his writings on this subject made HBR’s list of top ten articles of the year for three of the last five years. Iansiti has authored or co-authored several books, including Technology Integration, The Keystone Advantage, One Strategy, and, most recently, the best-selling Competing in the Age of AI. Iansiti co-founded several companies, including Model N and Keystone Strategy LLC. In association with the Keystone Strategy team, he has advised most of the largest technology companies, from Facebook to Amazon, and from Microsoft to Intel, as well as many more traditional Global 1000 firms. Iansiti currently serves on the boards of several companies, including ModuleQ, Flowcode, and Keystone.

Dave Revell is an experienced Board Director and Senior Executive with thirty-five years of experience in the financial services, telecommunications, and information technology sectors. Most recently, Dave was Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer for CIBC. Before joining CIBC, Dave was Senior Vice President at BMO Financial Group and prior to that, Rogers Communications. He started his career at IBM Canada where he held various technical, corporate sales and consulting roles. As a CIO, he served on numerous advisory committees with Salesforce.com, Microsoft, Bell Canada, IBM Canada and DXC. Dave is currently Chairman of the Board for Zafin, and a Board Director at Gore Mutual Insurance, Haventree Bank, Brane Capital, and Intellect Global Transaction Banking. Dave is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Management Science and holds an ICD.D. designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Key Management Appointments

Wendy Petty joins WorkFusion as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer. Wendy is an industry veteran with a wealth of indirect sales experience who has been named one of CRN’s Women of the Channel. She is responsible for leading the company’s sales organization and is focused on growth. Wendy has spent more than 30 years building software startups and running enterprise software sales organizations. She previously led global sales organizations for Quest Software and erwin. Prior to that, she held executive channel sales positions at Verizon Enterprise Solutions and CA Technologies.

Richard Campbell has been named WorkFusion’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He will oversee WorkFusion’s finance team. Previously, he was CFO and partner at Parallax Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in lower middle market software and related technology companies. Richard has held a number of CFO positions and C-level roles with companies including Rand Technology and SAIC.
