NYSE Arca to Suspend Trading in iShares MSCI Russia ETF (ERUS) and Commence Delisting Proceedings

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NYSE Arca, Inc. (“NYSE Arca”) announced today that the staff of NYSE Regulation has determined to commence proceedings to delist the iShares MSCI Russia ETF (the “Fund”) -- ticker symbol ERUS -- issued by iShares, Inc. (the “Company”) from NYSE Arca. Trading in the Fund on NYSE Arca has been halted since March 4, 2022 and will be suspended immediately.

The delisting decision was taken in light of the Company’s announcement of its decision to close and liquidate the Fund, with the process of paying any proceeds of the liquidation scheduled to be initiated on August 17, 2022.

The Company has informed the Exchange that it is waiving its appeal rights with respect to this delisting. NYSE Arca will apply to the SEC to delist the Fund upon completion of all applicable procedures.
