NAVEX Announces 11th Annual Virtual Conference: NAVEX Next 2022, Featuring Keynote Speaker U.S. Soccer President Cindy Parlow Cone

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NAVEX, the leader in integrated risk and compliance management software, today announced its 2022 NAVEX Next Global Virtual Conference. The opening day of the conference will be webcast on September 29, 2022. This year’s opening keynote will feature former Olympian and the first female president of U.S. Soccer, Cindy Parlow Cone.

The largest risk and compliance conference in the world—attracting nearly 7,000 registrants in 2021—NAVEX Next offers timely, relevant practical guidance and best practices for industry professionals across disciplines, including risk management, compliance, legal, human resources, ESG, audit and corporate training.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Culture Transformed.” This recognizes the critical role culture plays in building and sustaining effective ethics and compliance programs. As in the past, the conference will feature sessions on workplace culture, business risk, third-party/supply chain risk management, corporate responsibility and sustainability, and integrated risk management.

A three-time Olympian and National Soccer Hall of Fame inductee, Cone has overseen major shifts in U.S. Soccer’s priorities, taking meaningful action in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging which emphasizes unity throughout the organization. Under her leadership, U.S. Soccer reached an historic collective bargaining agreement that achieved pay equity—including World Cup prize money—across all of U.S. Soccer; the first country to do so.

The closing keynote will be delivered by Rashmi Airan. A noted organizational behavior expert, she’ll discuss how organizations can create a culture focused on integrity, authenticity and accountability through leadership, diversity and inclusion. Airan will share her human performance methodology, technique and mindset that catalyses leadership, growth and stability in organizations.
