The acquisition expands the Company’s market presence, new customer reach and strategic growth trajectory

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Diversified Maintenance, a leading provider of facility maintenance services, announced the acquisition of Millers Cleaning Services, a well-established commercial cleaning and janitorial company in central Pennsylvania. Founded in 1995, Millers Cleaning Services has a proven reputation for high quality and reliable service. Its customers include corporate offices, medical buildings, manufacturing sites, and retail facilities.
