WALLINGFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) announced today that its Board of Directors approved the third quarter 2022 dividend on its Common Stock in the amount of $0.20 per share at its meeting held on August 3, 2022. The Company will pay this third quarter 2022 dividend on October 12, 2022 to shareholders of record as of September 20, 2022.
