QAD Elevate Program Simplifies ERP Customers’ Move to the Cloud

New cloud enablement program gives ERP customers a rapid, low-cost upgrade path to QAD Adaptive ERP with core product enhancements

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--QAD Inc., a leading provider of next-generation manufacturing and supply chain solutions in the cloud, introduced the Elevate Program, which provides its ERP customers a simplified upgrade path to QAD Adaptive ERP through a rapid, low-cost, automation-powered approach.

Using a prescriptive scope and timeline, the QAD Elevate Program leverages knowledgeable QAD consultants to create an outcome-driven roadmap to upgrade to the QAD Cloud in less than six months. Pre-packaged cloud migration tools help to eliminate risk and remote delivery capabilities ensure rapid implementation and faster time-to-benefit.

“Participating companies can do away with customizations, improve functionality and real-time visibility, and optimize processes by reducing their time commitment from key project resources, resulting in minimal business impact,” said Romeo Sequeira, vice president, global services business development at QAD. “QAD delivers flexibility and helps companies stay current to realize the full benefits of QAD Adaptive Applications, including supply chain and advanced technologies.”

Built on the QAD Enterprise Platform, QAD Adaptive ERP makes it easy to develop and deploy extensions and new applications to support manufacturer-specific processes and data. Advanced users can extend existing capabilities and build new apps using a low code/no code development environment that, unlike intrusive customizations, avoids the rigidity that can interfere with future upgrades. Other benefits include:

  • Support for changing user preferences, roles and changing workforces through intuitive personalization and a web-based, adaptive user experience
  • Embedded self service analytics, role-based analytics, data/process contextual analytics, KPI management, queries/browses, data lake and reporting framework
