PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: CFG) today announced a definitive agreement to purchase select assets and liabilities of Paladin Advisors, an independent, registered investment advisor headquartered in Kensington, New Hampshire.
