Pennsylvania American Water Announces Remote Job Opportunities for Pittsburgh and Surrounding Areas

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pennsylvania American Water and its parent company, American Water (NYSE: AWK), the nation’s largest publicly traded water and wastewater utility company, announced today it will offer 30 fully remote, customer service job opportunities for residents of Pittsburgh and its surrounding communities.

The entry-level, work-from-home Customer Care Agent (CCA) positions will be open to individuals that live in Pittsburgh or within a two-hour driving distance of the company’s Green Tree/Carnegie office. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to address service needs for Pennsylvania American Water customers, as well as all customers within American Water’s regulated footprint.
