Spencer was Damon’s sixth hire and has been instrumental in the company’s brand development and growth. In her role, Spencer leads and oversees all aspects of brand, digital marketing, public relations, customer relations, and experience. During her tenure, the company has gained tremendous market recognition in brand, customer acquisition and awards.

Spencer is a motorcycle enthusiast experienced at riding various bikes, including cafe racers, dirt bikes and cruisers.
