SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Essex Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ESS) announced today that it has published its June 2022 Investor Presentation with an update to its 2022 MSA Level Forecast. As a result of improving market conditions, the Company increased its second quarter and full-year guidance for Core FFO per share and full-year guidance for same-property revenues and net operating income. The revised midpoint for all metrics now exceeds the high-end of the prior ranges.
