Baker Tilly Appoints Francesca Ranieri as Global Learning Leader

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leading advisory CPA firm Baker Tilly US, LLP (Baker Tilly) appoints Francesca Ranieri as head of learning and development. She is the first executive in this global role.

“Francesca has a clear vision of Baker Tilly as a learning organization as opposed to an organization that does learning,” said Joy Duce, managing director of People Solutions. “That perspective is a perfect match with our firm’s purpose to unleash and amplify talent.”

Ranieri will oversee the strategy and development of Baker Tilly’s learning enterprise with a special focus on creating a personalized user experience for team members.

“I was drawn to Baker Tilly’s leading-edge thinking around our people and how we support, challenge and uplift them,” Ranieri said. “I’m looking forward to working with our teams on ways to connect learning and culture.”

Ranieri joins Baker Tilly from Nike where she led employee and career development for 75,000 people. Prior to Nike, Ranieri served as deputy chief for tax learning at Deloitte where she helped open Deloitte University. Her progressively responsible learning and development leadership positions also include experience at the Kraft Heinz Company and LinkedIn.
