Bonnie Sawdey Joins MedRisk as Chief Human Resources Officer

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--With an eye on recruiting and retaining future generations of employees, MedRisk has named Bonnie Sawdey, SHRM-SCP its Chief Human Resources Officer.

“Workers’ compensation companies need to better articulate our employment value proposition to candidates,” said CEO Danielle Lisenbey. “Bonnie understands our mission and is well suited to recruiting and managing talent while helping us nurture and develop our current culture.”

Sawdey serves on MedRisk’s Leadership Team, designing and implementing human resources strategies that support the company’s strategic goals. Her role encompasses talent acquisition, development, and management along with benefits and compensation design and administration.

Most recently, Sawdey was the Chief People Officer of Crawford & Company, where she enjoyed a 30-year career in human resources. She graduated from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business and holds a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. In addition, Sawdey volunteers as a board member for Make-A-Wish Georgia.
