NVA Appoints Mark Dolfato as Global Chief Development and Strategy Officer

Mark Dolfato Joins NVA in Newly Created Role to Oversee the Company’s Global Business Development and Strategy

AGOURA HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--National Veterinary Associates (“NVA”), a leading global pet care organization and community of more than 1,400 veterinary hospitals and pet resorts, today announced the appointment of Mark Dolfato as Global Chief Development and Strategy Officer. In the newly created role, Mr. Dolfato will oversee NVA’s global business development and strategy, including the expansion into new markets, formation of partnerships and pursuit of strategic acquisitions. He will report to NVA Chief Executive Officer Greg Hartmann.

A proven strategist with more than 20 years’ experience supporting mission-driven, high-growth organizations, Mr. Dolfato most recently served as Senior Managing Partner at OMERS Private Equity, the direct private equity investment arm of OMERS, one of Canada’s largest pension funds with approximately $100 billion of net assets under management. In this role, Mr. Dolfato oversaw the firm’s investments in middle-market companies in the healthcare, consumer services and industrials sectors. He brings particular expertise in cultivating strategic partnerships and executing growth initiatives, efforts that will be critical to NVA’s long-term success.
