Staffing Industry Veteran Assumes COO Position for Leading California Employment Services Firm Nelson

SONOMA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Joe Madigan, CEO of the Nelson Companies, has announced the appointment of Chandra Pappas as Chief Operating Officer, effective April 1, 2022.

Pappas joined Nelson in 2017 as Executive Vice President. In her new role she oversees the company’s overall daily operations, including sales, field, marketing, IT, and business solutions. She will work with the CEO to implement Nelson's strategic vision and values.

Her over 20 years of talent management expertise focuses on developing and executing high-level insights and strategies that help companies gain market share, improve profitability, and elevate margin growth.
