Tribal recipient can pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree at University of Phoenix

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Native American Basketball Invitational (NABI) and University of Phoenix are pleased to announce the full-tuition NABI Foundation Ernest L.
