Christina Bottis Joins Paro as Chief Commercial Officer

Bottis will lead Paro’s integrated marketing and sales teams to build a seamless end-to-end customer experience

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Paro, a Chicago-based startup disrupting the way companies access on-demand financial expertise, today announced the addition of Christina Bottis as Chief Commercial Officer. Bottis brings more than 15 years of marketing, demand generation, product development, and leadership experience to Paro, after creating and scaling winning growth strategies for numerous B2B brands.

In her new role, Bottis will drive Paro’s go-to-market strategy and demand generation engine across the Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Inbound Sales teams to enhance and create a seamless customer experience.

Prior to Paro, Bottis was Chief Marketing Officer at Coyote Logistics, a UPS company, where she re-engineered the corporate marketing, customer intelligence, inbound, and e-commerce functions into a demand generation engine focused on driving sales growth and incremental revenue. She also spent nearly a decade with CareerBuilder, where she consulted with Fortune 500 brands such as Morgan Stanley and Pfizer on employment brand strategy and execution, founded and scaled CareerBuilder's client implementation team and processes, and led and defined both the Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams focused on go-to-market strategy, lead generation, and sales enablement. Her work was recognized widely in the industry as she was named a Crains Notable Executive in Marketing, Supply & Demand Chain Executive “Women in Supply Chain,” and Top 100 Marketer of the Year by the OnCon Icon Awards.

Bottis holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and earned her Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Dominican University.
