NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LEX Markets, a real estate securities marketplace for all investors, has raised a $15 million Series A financing round led by PEAK6 Strategic Capital, a division of PEAK6 Investments. Other major venture capital investors include Khosla Ventures, Two Lanterns, MUFG Innovation Partners, and Gaingels.
LEX’s mission is to empower wealth creation by solving real estate’s access and liquidity problems. LEX offers investors the ability to own equity shares in specific income-generating properties while giving property owners a new opportunity to find liquidity.

LEX has seen significant investor demand. The platform opened its doors to its over 10,000 waitlisted investors in November 2021.
