LTC Declares Its Monthly Common Stock Cash Dividend for the First Quarter of 2022

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LTC Properties, Inc. (NYSE:LTC) announced today that it had declared a monthly cash dividend on its common stock for the first quarter of 2022.

The Company declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.19 per common share per month for the months of January, February and March 2022, payable on January 31, February 28 and March 31, 2022, respectively, to stockholders of record on January 21, February 18 and March 23, 2022, respectively.
