Dan DesRochers Appointed President and COO of Morgan Truck Body

MORGANTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Morgan Truck Body announces the appointment and promotion of Dan DesRochers as President & Chief Operating Officer.

DesRochers will manage the growth of Morgan Truck Body as the company enters its 70^th anniversary year in 2022 and further secures its foothold as the North American leader in light- and medium-duty truck body manufacturing and uplift for dry freight, refrigerated, platform and custom-built commercial bodies.

Prior to joining Morgan Truck Body, DesRochers served as Vice President of Lean Operations, responsible for EHS, Lean and Continuous Improvement, at JB Poindexter & Co, a privately held diversified manufacturing company, and as Chief Operating Officer for Morgan Olson, also part of the JB Poindexter & Co portfolio of companies.

DesRochers holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and brings a wealth of industrial experience and specialization in Lean Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management. He previously held executive positions with General Electric, United States Can Company and Federal Signal Corporation.
