Nick Deitmen Hired to Oversee Professional Services Firm’s Credentialing and Certification Department

WAKEFIELD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Virtual, Inc. today hired Nick Deitmen as the Senior Director of Operations on the Credentialing and Certification team in Nashville, Tenn. Virtual provides professional services to associations, standards organizations, consortia, advocacy groups, and professional societies. Deitmen will direct efficiency and quality metrics and drive the success of regulatory, credentialing, and certification business operations through managing full cycles of licensure and certification examinations in adherence to the requirements in the client contract and in accordance with industry practices.

Before joining Virtual, Inc., Deitmen worked at Change Healthcare as Director of Dental Payer Client Strategy where he was pivotal in developing strategic plans for products, clients, and company growth. Deitmen was responsible for communicating with strategic payers, channel partners, and dental service organizations, and also managed the client and growth strategy teams. Prior to his work at Change Healthcare, Deitmen worked at Quorum Health Resources, where he quickly rose from Analyst to Senior Manager. In his tenure at Quorum, he oversaw consulting and internal operations, and also established a marketing practice to support client hospitals.
