ZipRecruiter Announces Key Executive Promotions

SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ZipRecruiter®, (NYSE: ZIP) a leading online employment marketplace, announced the following promotions effective today:

David Travers has been promoted to President. Mr. Travers previously served as ZipRecruiter’s Chief Financial Officer since December 2015. In his new role, Mr. Travers will be responsible for Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, and HR. Mr. Travers will continue to spearhead the Company’s interactions with Wall Street. Qasim Saifee, who was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September 2021, will maintain ownership of Product, Technology, Sales and Marketing. Both Mr. Travers and Mr. Saifee will report to Ian Siegel, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer.

Timothy Yarbrough has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Yarbrough previously served as Chief Business Officer since September 2020, as well as other management positions with the Company including Senior Vice President of Finance from February 2017 to September 2020 and Vice President of Finance from November 2014 to January 2017.

Amy Garefis has been promoted to Chief Accounting Officer. Ms. Garefis previously served as Senior Vice President of Accounting since July 2019, as well as other management positions with the Company including Vice President of Accounting from June 2015 to July 2019. She has served as the Company’s Controller since November 2013.
