ICSC Announces Glenn Rufrano as ICSC Chairman for 2022

62nd Chairman and Vice Chairman Appointed at ICSC-Here, We Go. 2021 In Las Vegas

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ICSC announced today at ICSC-Here, We Go. 2021, that ICSC’s Board of Trustees elected Glenn Rufrano, former CEO, VEREIT, to serve as the organization’s Chairman and Pat Donahue as Vice Chairman for the 2022 term. Glenn Rufrano succeeds John R. Morrison, CRX, CDP, as ICSC’s 62nd Chairman.

Rufrano was most recently Chief Executive Officer of VEREIT, prior to its merger with Realty Income in November 2021. While at VEREIT, he reconstituted the Board of Directors, formalized the VEREIT management team and introduced a business plan to guide the Company’s strategy.

Prior to VEREIT, Rufrano served as the Chairman and CEO of O’Connor Capital Partners and was among the founders of O’Connor in 1983. He also served as President and CEO of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., CEO of Centro Properties Group, an Australian public LPT and as CEO of Centro Properties Group U.S.

Vice Chairman Patrick S. Donahue currently serves as the Co-Founder of Donahue Casey Realty Advisors, established in 2021. Donahue is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Donahue Schriber Realty Group. He joined DSRG in 1979 and worked in every aspect of the business, including leasing, asset management, development and corporate strategy. Donahue was instrumental in fostering key relationships and opportunities, which helped the company become a recognized leader in the operation and development of neighborhood, community and power shopping centers.
