Private Equity/M&A Partner Elisia M. Klinka Joins Kramer Levin

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kramer Levin is pleased to announce that Elisia M. Klinka is joining the firm’s New York office as a partner in its Private Equity/M&A practice.

Ms. Klinka’s practice focuses on private equity and mergers and acquisitions, and she represents several private equity sponsors and strategic acquirers.

Ms. Klinka received her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law. She received her B.A. from Cornell University and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
