NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Nuveen Core Equity Alpha Fund (NYSE: JCE) today announced that, in addition to the fund’s regular quarterly distribution, the fund has declared a special cash distribution with the record, ex-dividend and payable date outlined below.
