Kyriba Appoints New Chief Experience Officer to Lead Client Services Teams

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kyriba (“the Company”), a global leader of cloud-based finance and IT solutions, announced the appointment of a new Chief Experience Officer, Andrew Snyder, to lead the company’s Client Services teams, including Professional Services, Client Support and Client Success. The appointment brings new leadership to a strong suite of client-facing training, implementation and support teams that have enabled the success of Kyriba’s more than 2,000 clients worldwide.

In 2021, the Company will increase its Customer Success team by 100 percent and expand Customer Support by nearly 50 percent to further enable increased demand for treasury, connectivity, payments and working capital. Kyriba’s talented client-facing teams bring more than 700 years of combined Kyriba experience along with industry experience in the service of their clients. The Company is also bringing on self-servicing tools to automate and further enable client success on-demand.

Snyder recently led strategic priorities and daily operations as Kyriba’s Chief of Staff and brings more than 15 years of experience driving transformational change for leading event management and advisory firms. Prior to Kyriba, he led Customer Experience programs and elevated Customer Care solutions at Cvent, a global leader in meetings and events technology. Prior to Cvent, Snyder held an executive-facing role at Accenture’s strategy practice where he provided consulting for senior leaders in public health, transportation, agriculture, and national security across multiple functions including finance, HR, corporate strategy, and operations.
