MetroNet Names Mike Cannon New Market Leader for Michigan

LANSING, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MetroNet today announced Mike Cannon as Michigan Market Leader to supervise the state’s fiber optic infrastructure and continued growth. In this role, Cannon joins the nation’s largest independently owned, 100 percent fiber optic provider from a tenured and productive career in telecommunications and media in various roles. Cannon’s experience and expertise will help guide the company to providing unmatched speeds and prompt customer service to Michigan customers.

In addition to his experience in the industry, Cannon holds a Bachelor of Science from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Cannon will oversee the communities of Lansing, East Lansing, Grand Rapids, Ypsilanti, and Ann Arbor as MetroNet is actively building out the 100 percent fiber optic infrastructure that will provide fiber internet, TV, and phone services to the residents and businesses across the area.
