MetroNet Names Ben Ruzick New Market Leader for Illinois

OSWEGO, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MetroNet today announced Ben Ruzick as Illinois Market Leader to supervise the state’s fiber optic infrastructure, continued growth and development. Ruzick was promoted from his prior MetroNet role as Regional Customer Care Supervisor for the Illinois and Iowa region. Ruzick’s experience and expertise will help guide the company to providing unmatched speeds and prompt customer service to Illinois customers.

Ruzick has more than 20 years’ experience in sales and management with proven results in customer experience and reviews, opening 10+ store fronts across industries, and managing large teams of employees and business leaders with CarMax and Toys ‘R’ Us. In addition to his experience in the industry, Ruzick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from North Central College in Naperville, IL.

Ruzick will oversee the 27 communities MetroNet serves across Illinois as MetroNet is actively building out the 100 percent fiber optic infrastructure that will provide fiber internet, TV, and phone services to the residents and businesses across the state.
