SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Andersen is proud to announce the establishment of a global mobility practice through the addition of the partners and personnel from Glomotax Consulting. Claudia Howe, Brent Bergan and their team of more than 20 professionals bring more than 40 years of combined experience to Andersen, beginning at the Big Four and eventually building Glomotax into a leading provider of global mobility solutions for corporate clients throughout the U.S.
Claudia and Brent co-founded Glomotax in 2003 and join Andersen as Managing Directors providing strategy, consulting, and individual tax services to organizations that relocate people internationally. Prior to co-founding Glomotax, Claudia spent 11 years as a Senior Manager in global mobility taxation at Ernst & Young and as a Client Service Director at Resources Global Professionals. Brent co-founded Glomotax after spending 7 years at Oracle Corporation as the Director of Tax and International Assignments and was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. He started his tax career at Arthur Andersen. Their combined experience spans tax policy planning, international taxation, global equity awards, and program design for international assignments, along with current remote workforce strategies.
