Relation Insurance Services, Inc. Acquires the Assets of The Furman Co. Insurance Agency

Transaction adds to Relation’s presence in South Carolina and further expands the Relation East Region

WALNUT CREEK, Calif--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relation Insurance Services, Inc. (“Relation”), one of the largest and fastest-growing national insurance agencies, announced today it acquired the assets of South Carolina-based The Furman Co. Insurance Agency (“Furman Insurance”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Furman provides personal and commercial lines insurance solutions to clients throughout South Carolina and is headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina. Jennifer Hincapie and all Furman Insurance employees will join Relation and continue to operate out of the Greenville location.
