Kason Unveils Quick-Ship Replacement Screen Program

Aftermarket initiative offers same-day shipment on certain models of round replacement screens

MILLBURN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kason Corporation recently announced the launch of their new Quick-Ship Replacement Screen Program.

The innovative aftermarket service initiative promises shorter lead times on certain diameters and configurations of K-SERIES circular replacement screens for Kason’s VIBROSCREEN Circular Vibratory Screeners, as well as other makes and models of circular screeners and separators.

Kason developed the initiative with the intent of bolstering their aftermarket support and service efforts, supplying customers with same- or next-day guaranteed shipment on a variety of round replacement screen options. The company’s stocked screen options join their ever-growing offering of high-performance, made-to-order spare screens.

Through the new Quick-Ship Replacement Screen Program, same-day shipment will be possible for standard K-DURA screens in diameters ranging from 24” (600mm) to 60” (1,525mm). The screens will be premade in select mesh types and sizes to meet a wide array of application needs.

The Quick-Ship Screen Program joins the company’s Screen Subscription Program for replacement parts, as well as their VIBROSCREEN Circular Vibratory Screener and CENTRI-SIFTER Centrifugal Sifter Quick-Ship Programs for complete units.
