DELRAY BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InspereX℠, the new tech-driven fixed income and market-linked product distribution and trading firm, today announced that John Marone, formerly Regional Vice President, has been promoted to Senior Vice President, National Accounts, Bank Channel. Mr. Marone will report to Chris Mee, Head of Distribution, Market-Linked Products. His promotion is effective immediately. InspereX was recently formed by the merger of Incapital and 280 CapMarkets.
Mr. Marone will be based in St. Augustine, Florida and will drive the firm’s market-linked product initiatives and home office relationships with banks across the country.

Prior to joining Incapital in 2012, Mr. Marone worked as a Regional Platform Manager at BBVA Compass and as a financial advisor at First Union, Barnett Bank, and IDS/American Express Financial Advisors.
Mr. Marone is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds FINRA security licenses Series 7, 24, and 63.
Five New Regional Associate Vice Presidents
InspereX has also promoted five of its Senior Internal Wholesalers to the role of Regional Associate Vice President. In this newly created role, the Regional AVPs will serve as business allies to the InspereX external wholesalers and their top financial advisor clients. Those promoted are Rafael Lamo, Joey Cagno, Tom Cooney, John Hunter, and Jon Jimenez. They will report to Bob McDermott, Managing Director, National Sales Manager.
