(NYSE: TRTX) (“TRTX” or the “Company”) today announced that on September 13, 2021, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.24 per share of common stock for the third quarter of 2021. The dividend will be paid on October 22, 2021 to common stockholders of record as of September 29, 2021.
On September 13, 2021, the Company’s Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend of $0.4601 per share of 6.25% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the “Series C Preferred”). The Series C Preferred dividend is payable on September 30, 2021 to preferred stockholders of record as of September 20, 2021, and will cover the period from issuance to, but not including, September 30, 2021.
