agilon health Announces Pricing of Secondary Offering

LONG BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--agilon health, inc. (NYSE: AGL), the company transforming health care for seniors by empowering primary-care physicians to focus on the entire health of their patients, announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 17,000,000 shares of its common stock by certain selling stockholders at a public offering price of $30.00 per share. Certain of these selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,550,000 shares of agilon health’s common stock. agilon health will not receive any proceeds from the secondary offering. The offering is expected to close on September 14, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.

J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, and BofA Securities are acting as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Deutsche Bank Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, Wolfe | Nomura Strategic Alliance, William Blair, and Truist Securities are acting as additional book-running managers.
