NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BNY Mellon Alcentra Global Multi-Strategy Credit Fund, Inc. (the "Fund") announced that, effective September 1, 2021 (the "Effective Date"), the Fund's portfolio management team will consist of Chris Barris, Kevin Cronk, Jonathan DeSimone, Hiram Hamilton and Suhail Shaikh. There will be no change to the Fund's investment strategies.
As of the Effective Date, a "key person event" (as that term is defined in the Fund's initial public offering prospectus, as supplemented, and subsequently revised) will be triggered if any one of Chris Barris, Kevin Cronk or Jonathan DeSimone depart Alcentra or cease to manage/supervise the affairs of the Fund during the life of the Fund.
