H Code Appears on the Inc. 5000 for Second Consecutive Year, Ranking No. 2,392 With Three-Year Revenue Growth of 177% Percent

SANTA MONICA, Calif.--()--Inc. magazine today revealed that H Code, the largest multicultural digital media company in the U.S., has ranked No. 2,392 on its annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses. Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

H Code was able to achieve growth worthy of inclusion on the list following a year of immense growth and client partnerships stemming from expansion of H Code’s Hispanic offerings into new media formats and the launch of B Code. The company has grown its employees by 35% with a focus on diversity and inclusion as a cornerstone of growth and focus, where both women and men were equally represented across the organization and all roles. Powered by its unique publisher platform and robust suite of proprietary data and dedicated research platform, H Code demonstrates success in connecting with Hispanic and Black consumers at scale as well as connecting with a wider range of multicultural audiences. As the first step in expanding H Code’s multicultural capabilities, they announced the launch of B Code, a new entity focused on developing solutions for advertisers and agencies to reach, inform and connect with Black audiences across the digital landscape.

“It’s an honor to be included alongside today’s most innovative companies that, like us, were able to grow through the challenges of last year and make significant strides as leaders in their industries,” said Parker Morse, CEO & Founder of H Code. “The team at H Code is grateful to have been recognized by Inc. for the second year in a row and we’re maintaining growth by increasing our capabilities to help businesses understand and connect with multicultural audiences with authenticity.”

As partnered digital media companies, H Code and B Code are making strides against increased concerns of underrepresentation and lack of diversity in media while working to fuel the demand for multicultural voices to be heard and amplified. In doing so, they’re able to deliver comprehensive integrated digital marketing strategies that can be continuously optimized to maximize performance and drive ROI.

Not only have the companies on the 2021 Inc. 5000 been very competitive within their markets, but this year’s list also proved especially resilient and flexible given 2020’s unprecedented challenges. Among the 5,000, the average median three-year growth rate soared to 543 percent, and median revenue reached $11.1 million. Together, those companies added more than 610,000 jobs over the past three years.

Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found at www.inc.com/inc5000. The top 500 companies are featured in the September issue of Inc., which will be available on newsstands on August 20.

“The 2021 Inc. 5000 list feels like one of the most important rosters of companies ever compiled,” says Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Building one of the fastest-growing companies in America in any year is a remarkable achievement. Building one in the crisis we’ve lived through is just plain amazing. This kind of accomplishment comes with hard work, smart pivots, great leadership, and the help of a whole lot of people.”
