Kraus Hamdani Aerospace Appoints Lieutenant General Edward Cardon (Retired) as Chief Strategy Officer

EMERYVILLE, Calif.--()--Kraus Hamdani Aerospace, a leader in ultra long endurance unmanned aerial systems (UAS), today announced Lieutenant General (Retired) Ed Cardon as the newest member of its executive leadership team. General Cardon, a founding partner of strategic advisory and consulting group Touchstone Futures, will serve as Chief Strategy Officer and advise Kraus Hamdani Aerospace as they bring new capabilities to the federal market.

General Cardon received his commission upon graduating from the United States Military Academy in 1982 and has earned Master’s Degrees in National Security and Strategic Studies from the National War College and the United States Naval Command and Staff College. Throughout his 36 years in the US Army, he commanded troops in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Most recently, he served as Director of the US Army Office of Business Transformation, helping to establish the Army Futures Command. In addition to several other major command assignments, he also served as head of the Army Cyber Command and Joint Task Force Ares.
