Polling indicates Governor Ron DeSantis and Congressman and former Governor Charlie Crist in a statistical dead heat accounting for margin-of-error, ahead of the Florida Gubernatorial elections on November 8, 2022.

The same poll finds Senator Marco Rubio leading Congresswoman Val Demings by an 11% margin in a general election matchup.

Florida Gubernatorial Odds May Tip Based on COVID

While DeSantis has a three-point lead over Crist, not only is this within the margin-of-error but BUSR’s forecast indicates that DeSantis’ lead will be impacted by the success or failure of his administration’s approach to combatting COVID.
