SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE: TRNO), an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, declared a regular cash dividend for the quarter ending September 30, 2021 of $0.34 per common share; an increase of 17.2% over the prior dividend level. The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2021 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on October 1, 2021.
