Seale is a highly accomplished sales professional with over 20 years of experience selling healthcare technology services and solutions directly to hospitals and health systems, large medical groups, and academic medical centers. She brings to Kemberton expertise within all areas of revenue cycle, with a specialized focus on Third Party Liability solutions for Workers' Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident claims.
Responsible for new client growth, Seale’s record of success includes developing and implementing sales strategies that accelerate revenue for customers, drive overall performance improvement, and enhance results. Prior to joining Kemberton, Seale held several key sales and leadership roles, most recently at PROMEDICAL and previously with PMMC, Practical Data Solutions, Optum Health (formerly Ingenix), and Intrado (formerly TeleVox Software).
Seale is well-known and recognized for her volunteer and leadership roles with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), where she currently serves as the Alabama Chapter Secretary and the Mississippi Chapter Sponsorship Chair. Prior service positions include Sponsorship Co-Chair for the 2019 and 2020 Region 5 Southeastern Summit Annual Institute. Seale is also a certified revenue cycle representative through HFMA.
