AppsFlyer Appoints Chad L. Greenleaf as Senior Vice President, Client Success

20-Year Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Veteran to Expand AppsFlyer’s Client Success Operations in North America

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AppsFlyer, the global marketing measurement leader, today announced the appointment of Chad L. Greenleaf as Senior Vice President, Client Success, to expand the North America client success organization across the entire customer journey, including solution architecture and sales assistance, customer onboarding, as well as ongoing customer success and support. Greenleaf has more than 20 years of pre-sales, digital marketing and customer success experience and a proven track record at public SaaS companies building and leading client success teams with responsibility for revenue growth, customer retention and loyalty, and product adoption.

“There is tremendous disruption in the mobile market today, which puts AppsFlyer in a unique position to help customers achieve new levels of success,” said Chad L. Greenleaf, Senior Vice President, Client Services, AppsFlyer. “I have been particularly impressed by AppsFlyer’s client-first approach, focusing on how to meet customer needs in an environment where absolutely everything – technology, consumer usage and demand, delivery platforms, regulations – is rapidly evolving. I’m very excited to help the company scale its relentless focus on customer success and drive continued growth and long-term customer relationships.”

Prior to AppsFlyer, Greenleaf spent six years in executive positions at Domo, where as Vice President, Client Success, he reinforced a customer journey and value focused approach for post-sales teams and secured renewals, recurring revenue, partnerships, and customer adoption across customer segments, including Strategic, Enterprise, Corporate, and ACSM markets.

Before Domo, Greenleaf spent several years in senior management roles at Adobe, where he managed post-sales services teams across multiple products and groups. During his time at Adobe, Greenleaf was rated an Adobe High Performer, a designation reserved for less than 10% of Adobe employees.

Prior to Adobe, Greenleaf held a variety of operational management positions in the agency and transportation businesses. Greenleaf has a Master of Business Administration, Finance emphasis from Brigham Young University.

“Too many growing SaaS companies falter because they can’t effectively scale their post-sales client success organizations, leading to frustration and attrition,” said Brian Quinn, President & General Manager, AppsFlyer, North America. “Chad has had tremendous success helping publicly traded SaaS companies like Domo and Adobe scale their operations globally, and we’re delighted to have him bring his experiences and some of the vital structures, systems and processes he’s used to achieve that success to AppsFlyer.”
