Core Development Group Bolsters Its In-House Construction Oversight with the Addition of Two New Executives

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Core Development Group announced the hiring of two executives that will lead the company’s in-house construction division. Paul Jardine, President and Joseph Grassia, Executive Vice President have been appointed to build out the division that provides stewardship, management and technical expertise throughout the acquisition, pre-construction and construction phases of Core’s mid-rise, high-rise and co-living portfolio.

New President of Construction, Paul Jardine, brings over 30 years of global construction experience to the company and holds professional designations with the Chartered Institute of Building, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. Jardine has worked for both builders and consulting firms throughout his career, bringing a wide set of knowledge and expertise to the job.

Joseph Grassia, hired as Executive Vice President of Construction, will add tremendous value to Core’s in-house construction division through his industry leading expertise of all project phases leading up to product delivery. Grassia has extensive experience working with some of the largest builders in the GTA. His 30-year construction and real estate development career includes experience in municipal and environmental engineering, land acquisition, municipal approvals and construction management in all residential sectors and mixed-use developments. His efforts will be focused on Core’s expanding mid-rise, high-rise condo and co-living portfolio.
