PracticePanther Launches Native eSignature Feature

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, PracticePanther, the industry leading legal practice management software announced the release of its native eSignature feature. This feature allows law firms to digitally send and sign legal documents directly from PracticePanther, saving time and streamlining processes like client intake. eSignature is now available to PracticePanther customers on the Business Plan.

Tens of thousands of legal professionals already use PracticePanther to manage their law practices in the cloud. The addition of the native eSignature feature will make it easy for customers to manage and create simple, secure electronic signatures within PracticePanther where they already do most of their work.

“In the past year, the legal industry has undergone a drastic shift in how it gets business done — from in-person to virtual.” said Soumya Nettimi, CEO of PracticePanther. “Our native eSignature feature gives PracticePanther customers the option to move away from cumbersome paper-based signature processes and speed up their workflows while lowering security risks.”

Differentiating itself from other legal software solutions, PracticePanther’s eSignature feature is available out-of-the-box on the Business Plan, meaning customers don’t have to worry about getting a separate subscription or managing multiple third-party vendors. Additionally, PracticePanther allows customers to send signature requests to multiple signees at once.

PracticePanther’s eSignature feature also comes equipped with robust tracking features. This tracking allows the user to instantly view the signing status of a particular document in the brand-new eSignature dashboard. As an added layer of transparency and security, all documents that are sent out to be signed have an accessible audit trail.
