Missouri American Water Names Jeff Kaiser as Vice President of Operations

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Missouri American Water proudly announces the promotion of Jeffrey T. Kaiser as the Vice President of Operations. He will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the company’s water and wastewater systems throughout the state.

“Jeff has been a valuable and versatile member of Missouri American Water’s team,” said Debbie Dewey, president of Missouri American Water. “He has a tremendous working knowledge of our water and wastewater systems from his experience leading our engineering group as we continue to make investments for safe and reliable service. We are glad he can utilize this knowledge leading our operations across Missouri.”

Kaiser joined the American Water family in 2008. He formerly served as the Director of Engineering for Illinois American Water, Iowa American Water, and most recently for Missouri American Water since 2019.

“I am looking forward to continuing the efforts that are already underway to improve our level of customer service and system reliability,” said Kaiser. “To do so, I plan to work with our management team and community leaders to provide clean, reliable drinking water – a resource critical to the health and growth of our communities.”

Kaiser has more than 30 years of engineering experience and is a registered professional engineer (P.E.) in the state of Missouri. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
